Can we see you in person?
Although Modern Mood is an online boutique, we take personal appointments, host seasonal shows, Pop-Up shops, and private parties. If you are interested in seeing us in person or hosting a private jewelry event such as a girls get together or bachelorette party, please message us or call/text us at 602-492-6484 to set up an appointment. We look forward to partying with you!
I see an item that I like, but it is sold out, or not in the color/size offered. What do I do?
Most likely, we can get that piece back in stock in the desired color and size. It may take anywhere between 2 days to 2 weeks depending on availability. Please message us or call/text us at 602-492-6484 for details. Trust me, we want to help you:)
How do I know if my order is in stock?
Item availability is specified on each listing. Some items may be in production and will arrive in the near future i.e. "Pre-order for November delivery." Details and updates can be provided upon request.
Are the diamonds you use conflict-free?
We are committed to sourcing ethically-sourced stones, only using those from established suppliers who enforce top industry standards.
Do you sell gift cards?
Absolutely! Here is the link to the gift cards: https://modernmoodjewelry.com/products/gift-card If you want to put on an amount that is not in the option, we will be happy to arrange it for you. You can either have it sent to you or sent to the giftee directly.
Do you provide engraving services?
For some items that we sell, we can usually engrave a simple name, initial or birth date on flat surfaces i.e. ID necklaces.
The base charge is around $40, however, may be different for each piece (think more letters/words, higher cost). Please contact us for details.
Does Modern Mood do jewelry repairs and sizing?
We do not currently offer repairs or sizing. We will be happy to exchange for the right size and manufacturer defect on new products. Clean and check your jewelry several times a year to ensure no stones are at risk of falling out and parts are getting too worn. It doesn't hurt to keep them sparkling either!

Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase?
We ship from Arizona and by state law are required to charge applicable sales tax on purchases and deliveries within the state of Arizona. Out of state deliveries will not be charged sales tax.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and PayPal. If you would like to make your payment via bank transfer or check, please message us to make arrangements.
How long will it take to get my order?
We usually deliver within 5 business days. If you need something sooner, or would like to arrange a special delivery, message us or call/text us at 602-492-6484.
What is your return policy?
Fist, let us know about your situation, and we will provide a return approval form with instructions. This is to ensure that the jewelry travels safely and with clear information. Send it back with return approval form within 14 days of receiving the order and we will either refund or exchange it. All jewelry must arrive unworn and in pristine condition.
